The Moorish Republic Declaration of Nationality and Indenpendence

In the Course of Human events it has become Incumbent upon Us, the Posterity of a once Physically Enslaved people, to break free of the Fetters of Mental and Emotional Slavery which have kept Us bound under Our oppressors, and Ascend to Reassume, among the Powers of the Earth, a Separate and Equal station among the Nations of the Earth which encompasses Our Divine Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness which the Universal Laws of Nature entitle Us. To secure these Rights, governments are instituted among men.

A decent respect for the opinions of man requires that We should declare, to the Nations of the Earth, the Causes which Impel Us to Our Freedom. THEREFORE, LET THE FACTS BE SUBMITTED TO A CANDID WORLD.

True World History tells of the unmitigated carnage that was visited upon the millions of Aboriginal and Indigenous People when the Europeans arrived in the Western Hemisphere. Due to their ignorance, greed, and cruelty, entire Cultures and Civilizations of ancient people were scattered or wiped from the face of the Earth to the extent that there is barely any evidence of any of their existences. The purpose and result of their crimes was to establish and maintain an Absolute Tyranny over Our Ancestors, the many Aboriginal and Indigenous hordes of North and South America.

The Official record of the United States of America tells how Our Ancestors, the Original Sovereign Nations of North America, assisted the colonizers by: (1) helping them to defeat their enemies; (2) establishing the plan for the United States Republic; and (3) ordaining the Constitution for the United States of America. Later, at the hands of the same colonial United States of America, Our Ancestors were enslaved and stripped of Their Lands, Their Nationalities, Their Cultures, and Their National Names. Our Ancestors were branded as Chattel Property, labeled as “negros”, “blacks”, “coloreds”, and “indians”, and given European cognomen to symbolize ownership of Our Ancestors.

True World History tells how, at the hands of the United States of America, for over 200 years, Our Ancestors suffered the most Perverted, Dehumanizing and Depraved forms of Government Sanctioned Slavery known to man, which included cannibalism, torture, murder, rape and sodomy of Our Men, Women and Children, and forced incest and inbreeding. Our Ancestors were even forced to torture and kill each other.

Our Ancestors were used as laboratory subjects to be dissected, sometimes while still alive. Being able to read meant certain death. Their families were repeatedly torn apart to be sold all over the World. Over 200 years of such torture, and a concerted effort to destroy Our History and Culture, erased Our Ancestors’ Knowledge of Themselves, leaving Us, Their Posterity, with little to no knowledge of our Ancestors or Culture.

After outright and open slavery was ended, Our Ancestors, still suffering the effects of slavery, were deceived into believing that they were U.S. citizens with protections under the U.S. Constitution. Yet, They still suffered public lynchings, mass murders, segregation, mass incarceration and systemic racism. Some even had to return to a state of servitude in order to survive. Many died as unwilling laboratory experiments, being injected with syphilis and other diseases to observe the long term effects. They even learned how to extract the Melanin from Our skin.

Today, many of Us still believe that We are U.S. citizens. Verses in the U.S. national anthem still sing of slavery in a positive context, stating that “there is nowhere to hide for the hireling or the slave”. The masks, white hoods and sheets originally worn by the Ku Klux Klan and other domestic terrorists have been replaced with suits, police uniforms, and black robes of the judges. They still celebrate a known slave trader whom they have mislabeled as an "explorer". His "discovery" of America, something that most of the World already knew about, sparked the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and unmitigated plunder of the Western Hemisphere.

Today, in spite of all of the wars We have fought, the sacrifices We have made, the progress, inventions, and breakthroughs that Our people have made for United States to make it one of the most powerful corporations in the World, Our people are still abused, vilified, belittled, berated and murdered. Today, Our Children are still being used as laboratory animals, in an effort to minimize Our population and reproductive capabilities. We are virtually forced to allow them to mis-educate our children, which causes them to grow to dislike themselves and those who look like them.

Today, instead of the mass murders, public lynchings and government sanctioned racism, We suffer blatant unchecked police brutality, institutional racism, wrongful incarceration, mass incarceration, gentrification, mis-education and under-education of Our Children, systematic dismantling of Our Communities and Family Units, the Admitted and Documented introduction of narcotics, by agents of United States, into Our communities as a counter-measure to Our Development, the poisoning of Our food and Water, suppression of Our Cultural and Economic Development and forced assimilation.

Today, even though the multitude of their very own laws and court cases prove that We are not U.S. citizens, We are prevented from leaving the boundaries of Our homeland, North America, to travel to other countries, unless We carry identification stating that We are U.S. citizens. We are not able to travel by private automobile in Our own lands without a license stating that We are state or U.S. citizens. We are prevented from boarding airplanes unless We present identification which states that we are US citizens. In order to work, we must say that we are U.S. citizens. Our commercial activities are limited unless We present documentation stating that We are U.S. or State citizens. The bit of Culture that We have managed to develop has been distorted, appropriated and monetized for the benefit of the oppressors.

Today, in the land of Our Ancestors, We are being forcefully held in a nationless chattel property status by a bankrupt European corporation of people with no nationality. For over 100 years We have been proclaiming Our Nationality. Yet, assertions of Our Nationality and Status are met with disdainful and sometimes violent responses. Our legitimate and meritorious non-violent challenges to their authority elicit a blatant and total disregard for Humanity, Law, Commerce, and Equity.

According to their judges, the United States does not recognize Our Moorish Nationality. These hypocritical acts are outright violations of the several Human Rights Treaties and Declarations that the United States of America has made with several nations around the world to preserve Human Rights through the United Nations. Through truly diabolical methods, the United States of America kept Our Ancestors in a state of Mental and Emotional slavery which they have continued with Us, Their Posterity.

At every stage of these oppressions, We have appealed to their native justice. We have petitioned the United States of America for redress in the Most Humble terms, only to have Our numerous petitions answered with repeated injury, dishonor and silence. We, the Posterity of the Original Sovereign People of the land, owe no allegiance to the colonial United States of America.

These continuous injuries are what, today, compel Us to arise from the still smoldering burned Bodies, Ashes and Dust of Our Ancestors to Reclaim what is Ours by Birthright, Primogeniture and Inheritance. Their screams impel Our Spirit, to Reclaim that which was built with Their Blood, Bone, Sweat, Tears and Souls. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity of Our Separation, and hold the United States of America, as We hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We hold these Truths to be Self-Evident, that all Men are created equal, and that they are endowed with certain Unalienable Rights. To secure these Rights, We are teaching Our people that We are not “negros”, “blacks”, “coloreds”, “african-americans”, “indians”, or any other misnomer which alludes to something other than Our Moorish Nationality.

WE, THE MOORISH REPUBLIC, APPEALING TO THE SUPREME JUDGE OF THE WORLD FOR THE RECTITUDE OF OUR INTENTIONS, DO SOLEMNLY, PUBLISH, PROCLAIM, AND DECLARE THE FOLLOWING:

We are the Moorish Republic, and We have inhabited these lands since Time Immemorial, and hundreds of millennia prior to the existence of those who oppress Us in the lands of Our Ancestors.
The Moorish Republic Flag is a white field with a green interlaced pentagram in the center. The pentagram has a red center.
- White represents the Moorish Republic as a Clean and Pure Nation and the True Rulers of Land of Our Ancestors.

Green represents the copper of the Melanin in Our bodies and the vast riches of Our land.
Red represents the Blood of the several Ancient Nations and Tribes of Our descent.
The 5 points of the pentagram represent the five highest principles that every National of the Moorish Republic must live by: Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

Our Constitution is the Moorish Republic Constitution.
Our Territory consists of the same North American territory occupied by the several continental United States of America and District of Columbia. Our Capitol is located in the city of Indianapolis within the geographical borders of the Indiana Province.
We shall no longer pay any form of colonial state or federal tax, as We are not citizens thereof and have no true representation within their governments. We shall only pay taxes to the Moorish Republic Government.
We shall no longer register Our Bodies, Our land, Our vehicles or any other real or private property with the United States of America, as We are not citizens thereof. We shall register Our property with the Moorish Republic Government.
We shall no longer carry driver’s license identifications cards issued by any of the United States of America as we are not citizens thereof. We shall carry Our own travel permits registered and issued by the Moorish Republic Government.

We, the Moorish Republic, are returning to Our Proper Status as a Free and Sovereign People, to reclaim the Land of Our Ancestors as a Nation separate and distinct from the United States of America. We are the Posterity to whom the Blessings of Liberty were Secured.

So Let It Be Written, So Let It Be Done
