Our Fight
This record documents the legal suits and filings initiated by the Chief Representative of the Moorish Republic,

of the United States of America through the federal court system.

Transition to International Law
Realizing that a remedy may not be found within the domestic U.S. courts, the Moorish Republic has turned its focus toward the international community. We recognize our situation is international in nature.
Our most recent efforts include an Application Instituting Proceedings filed with the International Court of Justice and a formal complaint submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Council.
