Our Fight

The information on this page is dedicated to showing the suits and other filings that I, as the Chief Representative of the Moorish Republic, alone and in conjunction with others have initiated in attempts to separate us from the forced jurisdiction of the United States of America through the federal courts.

Most of the 20+ federal cases that I have filed and fought were based on challenges to the subject-matter jurisdiction of the state courts and their usurpation of such. Below, are some of the federal cases that I have filed or been involved with. They just gave a few case citations but failed to actually explain why my cases were dismissed. The links lead to pdfs files of the initial complaint and some other filings in some of the cases.

Menes Ankh El v. John Layton - 1:12-cv-1688
(This was a habeas corpus case challenging the subject-matter jurisdiction of the state court. This case got me put on the Homeland Security Sovereign Citizen Database)

Menes Ankh El and Tyreese Taylor-Bey v. Hill et al - 1:2013-cv-01471
(We initiated a federal criminal action against various judges and prosecutors for warring against the U.S. constitution)

Menes Ankh El v. STATE OF INDIANA et al. - 2:15-cv-391
(Civil suit against the judges and prosecutors who refused to prove that the court had proper subject-matter jurisdiction)

Menes Ankh El ex rel. WENDELL BROWN v. INDIANA STATE, STATE OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF MARION, CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS - 1:22-cv-00410
(Civil suit using commercial terminology against the municipal corporations for constitutional violations)

Menes Ankh El v. STATE OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF MARION, CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS - 1:23-cv-01097
(Civil suit using Aliens Action for Tort against the municipal corporations that sent me to prison without proving that the court had proper subject-matter jurisdiction)

Menes Ankh El and Ogbonna Shakur El v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - 1:23-cv-01098
(Civil suit for the recognition of Moorish Republic nationality and government)

Menes Ankh El v. UNITED STATES f/k/a United States in Congress Assembled - 1:24-cv-01124
(Suit challenging the forced U.S. citizenship. The court refused to serve the United States attorney general, thus, refusing to respond to the suit)

I have had several cases in the United States supreme court. However, the supreme court has the option to not hear the cases.

Menes Ankh El v. Indiana, et al. - 16-6518
(Civil Suit)

Menes Ankh El v. Laurie Johnson - 17-6806
(Habeas Corpus)

Menes Ankh El v. Robert Carter, et al. - 19-8152
(Habeas corpus)

Menes Ankh El v. Marion County, et al. - 19-2799
(Civil Suit)

Simultaniously, while finally realizing that we will never get any type of remedy from the U.S. courts, I realized that the situation between the Moorish Republic and the United States of America is one of an international nature. I turned my focus to the international community and international law. I began reaching out to the United Nations and various nations. The most recent attempts at separation and recognition of the Moorish Republic are an Application Instituting Procedings filed with the International Court of Justice and a complaint filed with the United Nations Human Rights Counsel.
